There are a number of different groups for people with MS in the UK, both independent and supported by us.

Local groups

You don't have to face MS alone. Our UK-wide network of local groups offer friendship and support to everyone affected by MS.

Independent groups

Across the UK there are local and national MS support groups doing great work independently of us.

Asian MS

Asian MS is a national support group for Asian people with MS, their carers, friends and family.

Mutual Support (Armed Forces)

Mutual Support exists for serving and ex-serving members of the Armed Forces and Reserves, their dependents and carers affected by MS.
